The Indiana Department of Environmental Management (IDEM) has received an application for a construction permit from the CITY OF CARMEL WATER DEPT, public water system PWSID # 5229004, this project is described as the 36-inch Water Main. The proposed determination to issue a permit is tentative. Interested persons are invited to submit written comments on the proposed permit. Deliver or mail all requests or comments to:
