According to City of Indianapolis permit filing STR11-02778, Hoosier Park's downtown OTB is mocing from its home in Claypool Courts to 20 N. Pennsylvania Street, former home of Italian restaurant Vito's on Penn. The new location will be 11,000 SF. The Anderson Herald Bulletin has a good article about the move.
