It appears Greenfield is going to have a Holiday Inn Express at Barrett Drive & William Way, just south of the I-70 and SR 9 intersection. Permit 1 and permit 2 say the entire project is 45,544 SF though it's not clear whether this is a remodel/rebrand of an existing building or new construction.
