The applicant is requesting after-the-fact authorization for the filling and grading of 1,307 linear feet. The applicant impacted the stream in order to facilitate the construction of a 750,000 SF industrial distribution warehouse. Additionally the applicant is proposing to impact 192 linear feet in order to complete semi-trailer parking and stormwater outfall outlet protection. As compensatory mitigation for the impacts, the applicant proposes stream enhancements of at least 1,500 linear feet of Painter Run, off site in Henry County.
