PacMoore Process Technologies has a permit that's moved into the public comment phase. The application is for a "new stationary dry food-grade materials manufacturing source" at 100 PacMoore Pkwy, Mooresville, Indiana. Apparently "IDEM is aware that the source has been constructed and operated prior to the receipt of the proper permit" despite the fact that the plant will/has been emitting "pollutants and hazardous air pollutants."
